Payment Acceptable

  • Accept Credit and Debit Card / PayPal / Westen Union (in Some country)  
  • Accept Bank Tranfer (for customer in Thailand only)
  • Do not accept personal checks


Handling Time

  • Standard International shipping services will deliver in 6-10 business days.
  • We ship all items from THAILAND by Standart Thailand Post + Register Airmail
    (IF you need Fast Shipping such as EMS please contact us for a shipping quote price).
  • All Items will marked as GIFT and have a Tracking Number.
  • Items wil ship within 3-5 day after payment has been received.
  • Combined shipping discount is available and apply for any order within 3 days from a first item was ended.
  • You will get your item package around 1-2 weeks after item was shipped out.
  • International customers are responsible for any taxes/duties/fees that are imposed by their respective government and any brokerage charges assessed by the carrier.


Shipping Cost

  • Shipping cost will calculated auto in shopping cart system
  • Economy Int'l Shipping  is have no Tracking Number (Estimate Time is 14 -30 days).
  • Standart Int'l Shipping is have Tracking Number (Estimate Time is 14 - 21 days).
  • Express Int'l Shipping (EMS) is Fast Shipping with Tracking Number (Estimate Time is 7-14 days).


Order Cancellation

You may cancel orders entirely or partially. However, a restocking fee will apply to cancelled orders.

  • You can cancel an order with in 24hr or before the items are shipped out.
  • Refunds are available only for payments made via PayPal and Credit Card.
  • Payments made via Bank Transfer or other methods cannot be refunded. (instead, refunds will be issued in the form of a Voucher Coupon).
  • Upon canceling your order you will receive a refund to your method of payment within 15-60days.
  • You will be charged a cancellation fee start mininmum rate at 4% up to 10% of your total order amount. (Please contact us for the exact cancellation fee applicable to your order).


If item was ship out. it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our Returns policy.

Return Order

30 Days Money Back Guarantee, We will gladly refund you 100% of your purchase if you are unhappy with your product within 30 days of your transaction. We only ask that you return your item in the same condition that you received them, along with all original packaging and order slip, indicating on the slip that you would like a refund. You simply have to send the items back to the address printed on the shipping label and your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt by our staff!.)

Shipping charges for Returned Order

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
